  This company IS AWFUL. Absolutely awful. I felt judged the entire time and not understood. I won’t be outing any of the specific girls but avoid this place and all its locations at all costs. I was quoted a price over the phone by one of the girls back in June. It was FAR TOO MUCH for what I was asking for so I asked her if she could do a little cheaper price so I could tip her more so it wouldn’t all go to the salon. She agreed. I get there, show her the photo of the hair that I wanted to confirm with her MULTIPLE TIMES what I wanted (I even came in the day before and asked her if she was 100% CERTAIN she could make this happen) and she said yes, she would get it pretty close. Now, I have more than natural grown hair with only some blonde at the bottom from years ago, so this should’ve been a very easy, straightforward job. Not only did I confirm with her twice on two separate occasions that she could do this, but when it was done, it was NOTHING like I asked for or close to the photo whatsoever. Nothing. Not even close to what I was told to expect. And I am VERY lenient and understanding but this was NOT the time. We get done with the hair (which I had to blow dry and style myself- not included in the steep price which I knew) but I reminded the girl of the price agreement we spoke of on the phone the previous day and she waited until AFTER my hair was done to tell me that her greedy boss got mad at her and told her she should’ve charged MORE than the original price! AFTER MY HAIR WAS ALREADY DONE and AFTER we already agreed on the price the previous day! What a scam! What kind of company is this!? Now I’ve been stuck for the last 3 months going back and forth with my bank because this greedy, scammy company refuses to give my money back to me for not only the WRONG hair I was promised but also WITHHOLDING the real price until AFTER the hair was already done KNOWING this the entire time! Lies, greed, scams is all this company is. I will continue to pursue this matter until I’m given what’s rightfully mine again. Come on big boss, do the RIGHT THING!
