  Went in to be blonde with highlights (was previously). Came out looking like I did WalMart box dye with orange hair. Almost $300 and I have to quickly find someone to fix it now. 2nd time, with different stylists I have had to fix color from here. Never again.

  I'm requesting that you reconsider my request for a refund for my hair color service. I visited your salon to have my hair colored red and I provided a reference photo. After three attempts, the final result was still nowhere near the requested color. While I understand the result may not be an exact match, I expected it to be within the same color family. I'm only requesting a refund for the unsuccessful color service and not the other color. My bank advised me to contact you directly to see if we can resolve this matter. I hope you will consider doing the right thing by refunding the portion of the charge for the color service (red). Thank you for your time and consideration. Tomika

  Had a very nice experience! I had to bring my grandson to this appt and everyone was welcoming! I liked my stylist , she was nice and efficient! I will return!
