  I started going to Looks after a previous stylist totally messed up coloring my hair. I needed someone who could basically undo the work of multiple efforts by this other person. After reading online reviews, I made an appointment with Rick. He is amazing! I told him I wanted my natural brown back but that I did NOT want my gray hairs covered up, I wanted them to grow in naturally now. Most people want their grays gone, but I dont want the hassle of constantly dying my hair. Instead, I want help with them growing in nicely. Rick took this assignment and hit it out of the park! He is patient and took his time to figure out how to match my hair colors to recover a natural look. Highly recommend, Rick is awesome!

  The haircuts here are actually really good, which is why I’m still giving 3 stars. Lucy did a great job on my hair and I was happy with the cut. My issue is the lack of punctuality. This is the second time Mimi hasn’t been able to honor my appointment time, and a lot of the delays seem to come from stylists spending a long time chatting with clients. I understand being personable is part of the job, but it’s still a business and people have schedules. If I make an effort to show up on time, I think it’s fair to expect the same in return, regardless of whether I’m getting a $300 service or a quick men’s cut. If barber cuts are difficult to fit into the schedule, maybe they shouldn’t be offered. Overall, the quality is there, but the timing isn’t. If you have a flexible schedule, you’ll probably have a good experience. If you’re a busy adult trying to get in and out at your scheduled time, I’d probably go somewhere else.

  I’ve had two different stylus cut and or style my Hair both did a beautiful job and listened to what I needed and made it happen. Definitely recommend.

  TLDR: Rick saved what could have been a terrible first experience at this salon for me! (also, the receptionist should clarify what type of cut an appointment is for if not every stylist can do everything) The long version: My girlfriend normally sees Mimi and I normally use another salon, but the last time I did, my stylist really messed up my hair. So, I was on the hunt for a new stylist. Mimi was busy, so she booked appointments for both of us back to back with the same stylist. However, when we got there, the stylist told us that she "doesn't do clipper cuts" and wouldn't be able to do my hair. All I wanted was an asymmetrical pixie! Thankfully, she got who I assume was a manager to help figure out our situation and Rick volunteered to do my hair! He was fantastic! He explained what he was doing it and why he was doing it through every step of the process. It turned out great and I will definitely be coming back!
