  I came in for a pedicure hoping to relax and have a peaceful experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. It appears the salon may have new owners or management, and the atmosphere has changed significantly. There were children running around the salon, which made it difficult to relax. On top of that, the front desk employees were getting pedicures themselves, and there was constant loud talking and a lot of vulgar language being used throughout the salon. It was anything but a relaxing environment. I also didn’t feel particularly welcomed when I first walked in. It seemed as if I was an inconvenience for them, spoke with an attitude, we all have bad days so i understand. For a salon experience, especially a pedicure where you’re hoping to unwind, the overall atmosphere matters just as much as the service. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed rather than relaxed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the salon has the potential to be a much more enjoyable and welcoming place.

  The staff is so kind but I got a dip manicure and had four nails chip within two days. I have never had this issue at any other salon.

  I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences at your salon. During my first visit, I received wonderful service. However, my second experience was disappointing. My nail technician, Tina, was rude and struggled to understand my request. Despite explaining twice that I needed short nails for my profession, she did not listen. Additionally, I was charged more than the price I was originally quoted. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to your salon. I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it helps you improve your customer service.

  Love, love, loved my manicure! Hannah was amazing and so friendly, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Best service I've had in the KC area. I will definitely be going back.
