  I left this salon feeling disappointed, disrespected, and as though my time and business were not valued. I was assigned to a brand-new technician who clearly had not been properly onboarded, trained, or supported. She was not following the salon’s normal protocols for removing and applying gel polish, and during my pedicure she did not wear gloves. What upset me most was watching her struggle while experienced technicians and management did not step in to guide or assist her. I actually felt more sorry for the new technician than angry with her. Everyone has to start somewhere, but she should have been trained, mentored, properly equipped, and supervised before being expected to serve clients independently. At the same time, as a paying customer, I should not have been placed in that situation. I spent two precious hours there and left feeling that neither the quality of my service nor my time mattered. This was ultimately a management issue. The new technician deserved better support, and I deserved to feel respected and valued as a customer. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful changes in how new staff are trained and supported.

  Terrible service from the technician, cut my skin with the electric file, didn't paint my nails thoroughly, rushed with my appointment and when I let the receptionist know, I was given the excuse that there was a language barrier. I can understand that, I hope she understood that I was in pain and asked her to slow down. She didn't, and I will not go back.

  My go-to nail spot. I can usually call for a same day appointment and then get me in. Quality is great and I have enjoyed all of the service providers.

  Rojan has always been phenomenal with my pedicures. Very attentive and gracious with my "old man feet" (my quote, not hers). As long as she is there, she will be my technician. Thanks Rojan!
