  Natalie is amazing. Got balayage for the very first time last year. It was 2 months before my wedding so I needed to love it and it turned out wonderfully. I completely trust her for a refresh or when I want to try something a little new. She's great at listening and giving me options. The entire salon vibe is great too! Everyone is friendly and I feel completely comfortable chatting or relaxing quietly while my hair is done. The only person I will be going to for the foreseeable future.

  Great salon I’ve been going to Salon Chicago for a year or so & I’m always happy with the results! The staff are friendly, professional & terrific with hair! I’m glad I found them!

  I just had another fantastic haircut and style at Chicago Avenue Salon! Katy H. was my stylist today, and not only did she do an amazing job with my hair, but the conversation made the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so welcoming. I was served tea while I waited, and after my appointment I was even treated to warm, freshly baked cookies. It’s those thoughtful little touches that make this salon feel so special. I originally discovered Chicago Avenue Salon when I booked them for my bridal hair and makeup for both my elopement and later our wedding reception. Both experiences were wonderful, and I’m so happy I’ve continued coming back. The team is consistently talented, warm, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
