  Cheryl and her team are amazing. I wanted a salon that was drama free where I could get a cut and color and also not waste my day because a stylist was constantly running behind. Then I found Cheryl. Always on schedule, extremely relaxing environment and of course the most important part is Cheryl is an expert colorist and stylist. She also has been giving me keratin treatments for years and has it down to a science getting me in and out quickly. Cheryl had to take a short leave for a few months and I had the opportunity to try some of the other stylists in her absence. They have all been trained by her and I was in great hands with Megan, Alicia and Isabel. I have long, thick, hair with a lot of gray that needs to be covered. Cheryl really has nailed the right colors to give me the blonde highlights and cover my gray. She also happens to be one of the sweetest people you will ever meet!

  I came to get a cut by Megan after seeing several positive reviews for her highlighting wavy/curly haircuts. I’ve gone to her several times and walk out beyond happy every time. Truly the best haircuts I’ve ever had!

  Love this salon - cute, conveinently located, laid back and not all stuff or pretentious. It was my first time with Natalie cutting and coloring hair and we had a blast. She is so funny and sweet and really listens as far as my hair requests. And the end results did not dissapoint - refreshed cut and a really nicely blended blonde (next time I might just go a bit brighter). My 7 year old told me I looked "younger and cute" so I'll take it lol

  I had to book a last minute highlight appointment due to an unforeseen cancellation and booking an appointment with Natalie at Chicago Avenue Salon was one of the best decisions I could have made. She’s super personable and fun, but also gave me some of the best blonde highlights I’ve had in a long time. I’m super happy with my hair and I would definitely book with her again. On top of that, everyone I came into contact with at the salon was super friendly and kind. I can’t say enough good things about my experience.

  Natalie is amazing. Got balayage for the very first time last year. It was 2 months before my wedding so I needed to love it and it turned out wonderfully. I completely trust her for a refresh or when I want to try something a little new. She's great at listening and giving me options. The entire salon vibe is great too! Everyone is friendly and I feel completely comfortable chatting or relaxing quietly while my hair is done. The only person I will be going to for the foreseeable future.
