  Wow, i too would give ZERO if I could. like so many recently that have had a negative experience here. I was convinced by the person that answered the phone that the person they booked me with was really good so i took the appointment. Then they called and said she was already booked and they aren't taking new customers so they cancelled me -what a joke and run around!!!! I would skip them all together and look for a professional salon which they clearly are not!

  I had the best experience with Blayke, a master stylist at the salon. I gave her a color palette and a design I really liked for my next hair color and she exceeded my expectations! She gave me the cutest raccoon tails and the colors are exactly what I was wanting!

  It's the only place my kids and I will go! My kids are (6) & (4) and the stylist are all so kind and patient with them. They do a really good job. And honestly it's really hard to find someplace this good with a price this good too.

  If I could give this review 0 stars I would. This salon is completely unprofessional. My sister went and had her hair cut, just as she had many times before, She told the stylist that she wanted collarbone length. The stylist cut it up to the top of her shoulders and then continued to add "layers". The entire cut ended up to be chin to shoulder length given the "layers" and completely choppy. The reason I use quotes is because they are not what I would ever consider to be layers. They are just unevenly chopped pieces of hair. She came home in tears. On top of that they charged her more because they called it a drastic cut. It was only drastic due to the stylist. She decided to call the salon and let them know that she was unhappy. The stylist told her to come back and she would fix it, hesitantly my sister got in the car to go back. Halfway there the salon called her and told her not to come today, but to come the following day because the stylist was busy. She turned around and went home. When she got home I encouraged her to email the owner and let her know the situation and tell her she did not actually trust the stylist to fix her hair and that she wanted her money back so that she could go have someone else fix it as she is on a fixed budget because she is a teacher preparing to go back to work. She has had absolutely no response. What a complete disappointment. The stylist should have listened and not done her own thing. She should have dropped everything to fix it, or had someone else in the salon fix it. The owner should have responded and refunded her. I would not recommend going to this salon. Update: she got a response and a refund.

  Update, I ended up having to go to another salon and pay even more for a fix. I called this salon and told them what happened and they were very kind and offered a refund. I appreciate them taking accountability. But I still have not heard back from the owner after emails and direct messages.. My daughter and I have been loyal customers of Cut Loose for well over five years. We only get our hair cut about once a year because money is tight, so our back-to-school appointments are something we always look forward to. Unfortunately, things have drastically changed over the past year, and it’s truly a bummer. At my appointment, I asked for my hair to be cut to about collarbone length. After the initial cut, it looked great, but then the stylist kept cutting shorter and shorter. I didn’t realize how much had been taken off until I got home. I tried to stay positive and even curled it, but that’s when I noticed how uneven and choppy it was. I honestly don’t understand how this could have been considered acceptable. I called the salon, and my stylist offered to fix it. I started driving back, hoping it could be corrected, but then I received a call saying she couldn’t fit me in after all and that I would need to come back the next day. I found that really disappointing. If a haircut turns out this poorly, I feel like fixing it should be a priority. I also don’t understand why another stylist couldn’t have stepped in to help that day. I had an appointment scheduled for the following day, but I canceled it. My hair is already much shorter than I wanted, and I honestly don’t trust that cutting more hair would make it better. I was afraid it would end up even worse going back to this salon. This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for so many years. I hate leaving a negative review because we’ve had so many good experiences here in the past, but this one left me feeling upset and unheard. I truly hope Cut Loose can get back to the level of quality and customer care that kept us coming back for all these years.
