  I am so upset! Jessica was one of the only one's I trusted with my hair for a special vacation. I booked it a long time in advance just to be sure. I called the salon the night before and was told that my appointment would be fine. I was 10 min early, but "just missed her"!

  I have been coming to this salon on and off for almost 10 years. I’ve stayed through remodels, staff changes, and different “eras” of the business because this place used to feel professional, welcoming, and genuinely talented. Then something clearly shifted around Nov 2025 when a large group of amazing stylists suddenly left. I obviously don’t know the full story, but people do not leave a salon in waves like that for no reason. Ever since then, the professionalism here has absolutely tanked. I tried giving the salon another chance once they hired more staff. During my haircut appointment, the stylist spent most of the service talking about explicit personal topics that had absolutely nothing to do with me or my appointment. She repeatedly stopped cutting my hair to talk with coworkers, complained about wanting to go home, complained about working past close, and openly acted annoyed to be there... even though my appointment was booked during normal salon hours. My bangs were also cut unevenly. I honestly thought maybe I just caught someone on a bad day, so I came back again for color with a different stylist. Same energy, different person. She complained about management, complained about being exhausted, asked to leave early during my appointment, and had her boyfriend sitting in the waiting area while she worked. Then at checkout, she literally calculated a 20% tip for me and told me exactly what amount to enter into the keypad. That was the moment where I genuinely sat there thinking: what happened to this salon? I have defended and supported this business for years, but the atmosphere now feels chaotic, uncomfortable, and deeply unprofessional. The experienced stylists who used to make this place special are clearly gone, and unfortunately it shows.

  This is a nice place with a relaxed atmosphere. I don't really enjoy the super fancy high end salons, and this place is still very clean with nice equipment. I've been here twice, and each time I've been satisfied. The price is good without being cheap or a bad haircut.

  I’ve never been so disappointed in a simple cut - we took our teenage son in to get something I could have done in our kitchen, however he insisted on me not… I posted what we asked for and what we got in photos under the review images. He went in with a mop of beautiful hair and they sent him home with a hack job. He even told the lady it wasn’t even and she told him “it was the lighting” … AND they took payment and a tip from him. Once you see the photos there’s no shot that as a professional hair stylist you can be ok with charging a young boy for this job. Thankfully my husband was able to call and get the refund but after years of never sharing personal reviews this one is just so comically bad that I couldn’t not share. He will forever look like Lloyd from Dumb & Dumber - right before Easter too 😂😭
