I so appreciate the great service & common sense your aestheticians practice when giving their services to clients.
Erica is amazing! My face looks so much better after seeing her. She’s extremely knowledgeable and never oversells—she only recommends what actually makes sense for you. She genuinely cares and is just so kind and easy to talk to.
The office staff is equally wonderful. They’re always on top of helping you use your Allē points and finding the best deals for your skincare needs. You feel taken care of from the moment you walk in.
Highly recommend Erica and the whole team at Boise Image Enhancement Center!
My experience here was very bad. Although I had done research and tried to educate myself, I did not question her judgement as I should have.
But I was so nervous that I did not realize how many units she was injecting. I thought the cost included services, not just the prive per injection alone. Otherwise, I would have realized she was just going to start with 50, and I would have asked her to pair it back to 35! I was trying to be brave and jump in the deep end after backing out of another appt with a different injectionist.
Instead of her being conservative with my first time ever botox injections for 11 lines and a slight brow lift, I was given "the usual" number of injections, some along my brows, which I learned later from others is a big no no.
Well, my 11 lines improved, but my brow and eyelids went completely imobile. I could not even lift my eyelids a little bit to widen my eyes!!
When I returned to address it, first the receptionist there was no consession that perhaps 50 injections was too many to start with. Just an "everyone responds differently and it's impossible to predict" explanation. Not even an offer to
Erica is the gal to see. I had a great consultation with her, and she listened to me, she delivered exactly what I was hoping for. This was my first time getting any type of treatment done, I just wanted a cuter pout, and did she deliver! She made my lips look very natural. Thank you Erica!

I would not recommend this practice based on my experience with CoolSculpting and the way the resulting complications have been handled.
I had CoolSculpting performed on my banana rolls and outer thighs/hips, which left me with significant dents and contour irregularities in my hips. Later, they attempted to correct the issue with Kybella and filler. Unfortunately, that worsened the problem and I still have visible and palpable lumps and uneven areas on my hips. I am now being advised that properly correcting the resulting contour will likely require surgical intervention.
While they did reimburse me for the original procedure, which I acknowledge and appreciate, that reimbursement does not resolve the physical damage or the significant cost of correcting it. What has been particularly frustrating is the practice's characterization of why I did not return for additional follow-up.
When I reached out inquiring about how they planned to address the cost of correction, their response to me stated that I “ultimately chose not to return” for a follow-up appointment. That is entirely incorrect. We are a military family and were required to reolcate on new orders. I did not decide that we simply didn't want to come back. Because I have relocated, I am essentially being told that they are willing to continue offering non-surgical options at their practice, but they will not accept financial responsibility if I need surgical correction elsewhere. That leaves me in the position of potentially spending thousands of additional dollars to surgically correct a problem that began with the treatment I received here.
I understand that cosmetic procedures carry risks, and I understand that no provider can guarantee a particular aesthetic outcome. What I do expect, however, is accountability when a treatment results in a significant problem.
The fact that the original procedure was reimbursed does not make the problem go away. I have not worn a swimsuit since this happened because of the discomfort I feel with the way my hips look.
I am leaving this review because prospective patients deserve to know more than just whether a practice is pleasant during the initial consult. They should also know how complications are handled when the outcome is not what they expected—and whether they may ultimately be left responsible for the cost of fixing the problem.
