- LNlaina nikoleAug 5, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with the facial waxing service. After the wax strip was removed, pieces of skin were pulled off my face on my cheeks , on my lip and below my chin leaving it raw, painful, irritated, and visibly damaged with dark scarring. This was much more than normal redness after waxing. I expected the proper precautions to be taken, especially when working on such a sensitive area. I left the salon with rough bumps, extremely irritated face, and itchiness. I never had this happened before especially when I always get my face wax. I am now having to treat the damage and worry about possible scarring or discoloration. Turns out my entire face was infected according to the dermatologist. I would not recommend this service or the salon based on my experience.

- NNNalahJul 14, 20261.0Went in for a simple cleanup and had more than half my eyebrow ripped off and skin ripped too and I don't use any retinol. I told her multiple times that I don't like thin eyebrows and no arches just to go with the natural flow, I have thick eyebrows but now I practically have none. Nice staff, but will never go back here again.
