Cheyanne did a terrible trim on my daughter’s hair. I had to take her elsewhere to have it fixed. So disappointing

I had a very disappointing experience. I came in specifically for a color touch-up and clearly explained that I wanted to keep the same light brown shade with subtle red undertones that I already had. I even asked to see the color chart before the color was applied Unfortunately, the result was nothing like what I requested. My roots, which were the main reason I came in, were not properly colored and are actually darker than before. The overall color is so dark that it barely looks like my hair was colored at all. It feels like I paid for a service that made no visible improvement. I expected better communication and attention to detail, especially after explaining exactly what I wanted. I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the results especially because the last person from curltopia told me what she was going to do to my roots.. if you have to go out and take a video of my hair showing the color then you didn't do a good job. Cos it should be visible without the need of going out

I had the best experience. Jackie my stylist was amazing. She gave me a consult and suggestions before starting the process. Everyone in the salon was super friendly. Most importantly though I loved my hair!!! Jackie went over how to style and protect my hair before I left. I'll be back in a couple of weeks for a follow up. Please go to Curltopia and ask for Jackie. Just absolutely the best salon experience I've ever had.
