- STShravanthi TapalMay 13, 20261.0I restrained from not posting for v long time. But I have to. My appointment was with a female based on the reviews. There was a confusion and I got male hair stylist which I dont mind. But his service was awful and rushed. For Brazilian blowout. He didn’t put any conditioner on my hair. He handled my curly hair so rough. I had to say OUCH 100 times. Giving him subtle signs to handle with care. He kept treating my hair the same. And then asked me to give review inspite of this horrible experience. Sold me products without even asking me anything nor understood my needs. I asked him to give me haircut that gives me volume when I tie pony tail. Showed him reference pic. Flat cut in the ends. He did the opposite and gave me layers. When I tie pony tail, it looks so thin in the ends. The only kind thing was he offered to get me lunch. Which was v thoughtful. Although I denied looking at him rushing things. The salon felt like a factory. In the end they dare to put 20% default tips to my already 500$ appointment. It broke my heart to even reduce that to 15%. I dont want to name the person as it will affect their business. I hope the salon and the dresser reads this and handle the clients moving forward. Am definitely not going back.
