  Jeannie can't seem to get my haircut right even when I bring in a photo (of a previous cut) and exact instructions from AI. This is my second try with her. She doesn't seem to want to hear what you say, not overly friendly, not chatty (which is okay), seemed put off or just doesn't like me. But, most importantly, can't get my hair into a nice shape like the photos I share. Too bad too because I really like the salon. Morgan was great with my brows and every contact with the women up front has been upbeat and positive. The salon is well run (clean, no long waits, good marketing).   I had been looking for a new stylist who would listen to what I wanted done to my hair. Jeannie was very attentive, listened to my needs to bring my hair back to its original style. Received a retouch (color) and cut. I was very pleased and already set up my next appointment. Highly recommend both the salon and Jeannie the stylist.

  Natalie worked absolute magic. My hair color is gorgeous. Getting the perfect hair color made my skin, my face, just everything look so much better. She blended the tones to be incredibly flattering. Beyond that magic, the people at the salon are incredibly warm and kind. You feel welcome and valued every moment you are there. I truly cannot recommend Spa AlexAuna enough.

  My wife goes there consistently for haircut, color, eyebrows, and nails. Top notch service and she always looks amazing.
