The stylist will use the wrong color on your hair, leave color on your skin, miss covering grey spots and then when you call back asking for a refund, the manager refuses to refund you because you won’t return to the salon and allow them to ruin your hair again. Lindsey will say I was nasty on the phone, just like others that try and scam getting free hair services, then they disrespect you again and start chastising you for not returning to the shop to “ show her” the results just to have her deny the refund because I won’t let them touch my hair again. I asked how they correct the color without stripping it or bleaching, she said we have years of experience fixing color but would not say what the technique was. Unbelievable, makes you wonder if the “good” reviews are even customers. Attaching the yelp review that would not post as well. And….. when Lindsey responds to my review, it will be a totally different story with excuses for the salons mistake and discredit me. No one deserves to be treated as I have been treated as a new customer.
