  I had a great experience! Olive took the time to really listen to what I wanted before starting the haircut, which made me feel confident that she understood my preferences. Throughout the appointment, she kept checking in. I really appreciated her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care. Loved my haircut and how she styled it. I highly recommend her!

  I went to a really bad hairstylist before I discovered this salon, and I'll never go to anyone else since I discovered Wordy Bird! I got into dying my hair for years myself and decided it was time for me to drop that hobby. I went to a really bad stylist where she over-stripped my hair, and damaged it more by forgetting about me under the dryer. My amazing stylist, Emily, has been working with my hair to keep restoring it to its natural color each time, and she accounts for any kind of damage, like heat or chlorine, to make sure it lightens slower. She cuts it to my requests and references exactly, and I've never once walked out of there disappointed. I have a really unique wave/curl pattern too, and that has never been an issue (very curly around ears, wavy on the underside, and straight with slight bend on top). Every single worker there is GENUINELY friendly, not just "required" to be friendly. It's a super clean facility and definitely worth the price.
