The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Had the best massage of my life with Nate. The pressure was perfect. He checked in just the right amount.

The facility was clean, but overall it wasn’t worth the drive or the price. The worst part of the experience was the parking attendant charging me twice and then physically preventing me from leaving while I was receiving notifications from my bank about the duplicate charges. Completely unacceptable. Overall, it was far too expensive for what was offered. Save your money and get a great massage elsewhere, or spend the day at Burke Williams where you’ll get much better value and a more enjoyable spa experience.
