  The visage of the store is so adorable. The fountain also is such a beautiful accent to the store. I've been to the Chicago and Brooklyn locations but the LA store is the most beautiful! I was also so happy to I was able to get the NY apple products in store!

  I visited the Glossier Melrose store today during my trip to Los Angeles. Visiting this store had been on my bucket list for a long time, and I made a special trip just to come here, so I was really excited. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. It was difficult to find anyone to help me, and I had to actively look for assistance before someone finally helped me choose my items. After purchasing four products, my order was handed to me in what looked like a plain shipping bag instead of the signature Glossier shopping bag that every other customer seemed to receive. At first, I assumed it was because of the number of items I bought. However, shortly after, I saw another customer receive the regular Glossier bag. I had to ask for one myself, and when they gave it to me, it didn’t have my name on it, even though I noticed other customers were receiving personalized bags with their names written on them. I asked if they could add my name, and they did—but only after I requested it. It left me feeling like I wasn’t treated with the same level of care and attention as other customers. The personalized experience is part of what makes visiting a Glossier store special, and it was disappointing to feel like I had to ask for something that was being offered to everyone else. I had been looking forward to this visit for a long time, and I genuinely left feeling disappointed. I hope the store can provide a more consistent experience so every customer feels equally welcomed and valued.

  I've been wanting to try the Glossier You Fleur EDP so I had to stop by THE glossier store in LA. (I ended up getting it 🤭) The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. They were also approachable if I had any questions. If you're ever in LA, you need to stop by this store!

  the staff here are so nice and down to earth. amir helped me out and he was literally the sweetest, highest-vibe human ever—made my birthday visit so fun!! thank u amir <3 i also got a free glossier laptop mirror with my purchase and used my claw machine coins to win two balm dotcoms.
