  I would like to recognize Carla for the amazing help she provided me today. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and patient throughout my visit. I never felt rushed, and she really took the time to listen to all of my concerns. She also helped me get perfectly color matched, which I truly appreciated. Her customer service made my experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Carla!

  richard was very helpful and kind as well as the 3 other ladies working i get anxious asking for shade matches or help with particular items but richard helped a lot with that and got my shade match perfect and pretty fast !

  Zero help here. The employees just stand around gossiping and blocking the displays. You have to basically push past them just to test a fragrance.

  The slowest checkout for return waited 20 minutes in line this is ridiculous do better for especially for customers on their lunch break

  My girlfriend has picked up orders from the West Covina Sephora multiple times and unfortunately the customer service has consistently felt rude and dismissive. Today we tested something, she waited off to the side as instructed for pickup, while I waited in the regular line. Even though there was clearly a line system for pickup and the person in front of her was helped, she was skipped. I was helped first. Afterward, the associate told me, “Next time don’t worry about waiting in line, you can just stay to the side.” That’s confusing because that’s exactly what she did, and she wasn’t helped. We’re not upset about waiting. We’re frustrated by inconsistent instructions and the tone we’ve experienced multiple times. We hope management can clarify the pickup process and improve customer service.
