  I book a facial with Alisha every 6-8 weeks. Have been seeing her for the past 6 months. She’s amazing and my skin has never looked better! If you haven’t booked a treatment with Alisha yet, then you are missing out!

  My mother’s day massage was canceled with a 30 minute heads up from when my appt was. I was already crossing bridges and driving over from Solano county. I was told my massage therapist was calling in sick and they had no back up (no back up for a spa of this caliber blew my mind). Not only am i pregnant and really needing the massage but it took months to find a time to come in since my husband is a first responder. I was told i could come in to use their showers and sauna at no charge… last time i used these the cleaning was was subpar so i rejected that offer… i’d still be in pain and have no relief. I was told the manager would contact me and they never did. I had to call back myself, three days later to see what was going on. They surely weren’t trying to fit me into their schedule to make up for the cancellation… When i finally spoke to someone they mentioned offering 20% off which is an absolute joke and slap in the face. The manager never got through to calling me back (she called the wrong number i’m guessing). So i was left with nothing and a ruined day. Please go elsewhere - they don’t care about their customer service here and it’s very apparent.

  Came here for the first time with a friend who was treating me to a massage and facial. Beautiful spa! Check in was easy. They showed us around and where everything was. Provided us with robes, slippers, a locker to put our things. They had us wait in this cozy waiting room, that had water, tea and some snacks (trail mix stuff)while we waited for our massage therapists to come get us. Although we waited for 30 minutes, didn't know the appointment time was changed. Not sure what happened there. The massage I had with Imani was amazing, as well as the facial I had with Alisha. At the end, I didn't know there was a private room my friend had reserved for us to relax in after, nobody told me anything. So there was some confusion there. But regardless, the treatments and customer service was great. Will definitely be back!

  I had an absolutely incredible experience at Woodhouse Spa in Walnut Creek! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and welcoming—exactly what you want when you’re looking to unwind. I booked a deep tissue massage with hot stones and CBD oil, and it exceeded every expectation. The therapist was highly skilled, attentive, and really focused on the areas where I needed the most relief. The combination of deep pressure, soothing heat from the stones, and the calming effects of the CBD oil made it one of the most relaxing and effective massages I’ve ever had. I left feeling completely refreshed, tension-free, and recharged. If you’re looking to treat yourself or just need some serious stress relief, I highly recommend this spa. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  The experience was mediocre at best for the price. The lounge where you wait says no phones everywhere and everyone was on their phone. Which honestly I wouldn’t have cared about had I brought mine but didn’t do to the signs and people were also being super loud. Made it hard to relax. I made sure to come in 25 minutes early but somehow they forgot to check me in so when my masseuse came he said that they forgot about me and that we’d be starting late so we’d finish late and I’d stacked my appointments. Given none of this was my fault, I was surprised they even said anything to me and just didn’t remedy it on their own. I had booked a deep tissue massage with cbd which is more than the usual Swedish but I’ve had a lot of pain and it said it would be focused. The massage was as cookie cutter as it gets. Rub the right arm, then rub the left arm, rub the right foot, rub the left foot, etc. I kept waiting for the cbd focused deep tissue part… but that never came. Then he basically said I needed to rush to get to my next appointment. As we were walking out I said “did you do the cbd?” And he did in fact forget but I suspect he forgot the deep tissue part too so while I didn’t end up having to pay for the cbd, I was out the 30 bucks for upgrading to deep tissue. Even though I was rushed back to the lounge, it took my aesthetician a while to get there but I did see my masseuse take another client within minutes so again, I wish they had figured out that on the back end and not made me feel rushed. My facial was great, no notes. When I went to check out though, they didn’t even acknowledge the mix ups until I did and that rubbed me the wrong way. A proactive sorry would have gone a long way. They even had cbd in the “products set aside for you” tray which was ironic since I didn’t get to experience it…. I probably wouldn’t do a massage again but would do a facial again. Bummer since this was my belated birthday gift.
