A short time later, another group walked in and they were immediately welcomed and offered help. As a customer, that difference in treatment was upsetting and made me feel overlooked. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with others. I hope the store provides the same level of customer service to every customer who walks through the door.

I usually order the same stuff so online shopping is more convenient for me but I did have a question this time so went in person and they hooked me up!
