  I’ve been on full-time mommy duty for the past two years, and now that I’m getting back into work and working out, I really wanted to start taking care of myself again. I wasn’t able to reconnect with my old stylist, so I booked with Melissa at Changes Salon in Walnut Creek. She has my absolute highest praise. I was honestly blown away by how fast and efficiently she worked. On top of that, she was just genuinely a joy to talk to the entire time. I have very tight 4C hair, and I love my curls. They’re how I gauge the health of my hair. I’ve had keratin treatments before that felt more like relaxers, where my hair ended up straight and stringy, so I was a little nervous. Melissa took the time during the consultation to explain the treatment she recommended and even showed me the product she’d be using. She absolutely delivered. My hair feels healthy, my curls are still intact (post-treatment pics attached), and it’s so much easier to manage now, whether I’m doing a wash-and-go or blowing it out myself. I also want to mention how incredible the salon itself is. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, warm, and welcoming (not just to me, but to each other and towards every client). At the end of my service, Bri (the manager) and Melissa even let me have a tour of the spa, and I was genuinely blown away. It’s such a peaceful, zen space that you wouldn't expect to find tucked away in downtown Walnut Creek. There’s even an outdoor garden where you can relax. Can’t recommend Changes enough 💗.

Venus provided her with a transformative makeover, resulting in a vibrant and radiant new look. Her friends couldn’t help but notice the significant age difference, remarking that she appears at least 10 years younger. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Hey folks, just had to share my awesome experience at Changes Spa in Walnut Creek with Vivian. This isn't your average pedicure, trust me! So, usually, I'm super ticklish on my feet, but Vivian worked some kind of magic. It was like she knew exactly what my feet needed without setting off the tickle alarms. The paraffin wax treatment and heated booties? Pure foot heaven. And Vivian's foot and leg massage? Honestly, a game-changer. It felt like I was walking on clouds afterward. To my fellow guys out there, seriously, don't miss out on this. Changes Spa and Vivian are the real deal. Treat yourself – you won't regret it. Vivian, you're a legend!
