- RWRyan WongJul 17, 20263.0I had bad experience placing my order online because they just cancelled my orders out of the blue so I totally missed the promo period!!! Trying buy online, curbside pick up instead. Another bad experience!! The only curbside pick up parking lot got occupied by the manager’s car. Picked Curbside pick up and input all of my car info and patiently waited. After 10 mins, no one came out so I called the store and talked to the manager. She said they never got notified. After telling them my name, they said these are in store pick up and told me to come in. I told them I was in my PJ and I picked curbside pick up for that reason. Instead of instructing me to try again or find solution, they told me NO, they wouldn’t send anyone to bring them out. I was upset so I tried the whole curbside pick up in the app again and it went through. I know this is a glitch from the app but if the manager know how to deal with the app issue and have better attitude then it’ll make it a more pleasant experience.
