  Im going to be a bridesmaid in a wedding so I wanted some new makeup to look my best. I went into Sephora and asked one of the ladies that came up to me telling her i wanted a flawless foundation and setting powderm. She told me she would take me to somw other women that were more knowledgeable and lead me a few isles away to 2 others that were talking with eachother. She told them what i was looking for and i didnt like the vibe ot the way she replied by telling me its not the makeup up its the skincare and prep and i needed to get that first. Well honestly i wasnt there for that and i didnt like how she talked to me so I said forget it I will just look around myself. They all looked at eachother it kinda felt like mean girls or something making me feel dumb. I was about to walk out then I seen another lady helping someone with a color match so I waited around until she was done. I asked her for help the same way I asked the other lady explaining how I wanted full coverage foundation and setting powder. Right away she was able to help me she removed my makeup and applied some skin care and applied the foundation and powder. In the end i bought all the skin care, foundation, compact powder, finishing powder, eyebrow stuff and a few other things! Maggie is great if you need help with finding some makeup and are intimidated because your older dont be! Im 52 but she chit chat with me and even gave me a hug when I left! Awesome 👌 Thanks Maggie !

  I had bad experience placing my order online because they just cancelled my orders out of the blue so I totally missed the promo period!!! Trying buy online, curbside pick up instead. Another bad experience!! The only curbside pick up parking lot got occupied by the manager’s car. Picked Curbside pick up and input all of my car info and patiently waited. After 10 mins, no one came out so I called the store and talked to the manager. She said they never got notified. After telling them my name, they said these are in store pick up and told me to come in. I told them I was in my PJ and I picked curbside pick up for that reason. Instead of instructing me to try again or find solution, they told me NO, they wouldn’t send anyone to bring them out. I was upset so I tried the whole curbside pick up in the app again and it went through. I know this is a glitch from the app but if the manager know how to deal with the app issue and have better attitude then it’ll make it a more pleasant experience.

  Visited the new Sephora on University Ave today! The store is great! Lots of inventory, staff was super helpful! Toni went out of her way to accommodate my needs! They offer eyebrow waxing and will add make up services in October! Will be back soon!!! Don’t forget to ask about your birthday month gift opportunity!
