  I asked a worker to get color matched, she was kind but on break. She said she could help me after she came back from her break or she could get someone else. I was more than willing to wait for her so I did. She came back from her break and was helping me but her higher up wanted her to do something else. She even let her higher up know she was in process of helping me and that I waited for her She was apologetic even though it’s not her fault. I thought she was great. But my issue is if she’s already with me(a customer) why can’t her higher up let her finish helping me? She did call for someone else to help me. I waited probably 5 minutes while I can see other workers looking like they were just standing, not busy with another customer. I then ended up leaving without being helped by another worker. Before leaving I found another gal who just finished helping her customer (she was cleaning up) to let them know I had to go & wouldn’t need the help to get color matched anymore. To the gal that was trying to help me you were so sweet/kind! Whoever the higher up is, taking her from helping me was weird even after she said she was helping a customer.

  Was looking at the westman atelier contours when I asked the sales associate if they were able to help me find the correct shade when they picked up a tester, without wiping or disinfecting the top area rubbed it straight onto my face and blended it roughly into my cheek with his palm, I tried my hardest to stay put and not tip over on how rough he was rubbing it in, and just walked straight away after rubbing it in. I am also acne prone and have had a breakout on the area he rubbed the contour. I didn’t want to say anything to seem rude but it felt very uncomfortable, it was a pretty tall guy with a sharp jawline.

  I like this store. They often have the latest releases available to see in store. Hailey is a fantastic associate. She is so helpful and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable with all my crazy requests to try different foundations. Thank you!

  I got greeted when I walked in but no one really asked if I needed help. That was until Hailey walked up to offer some help. I told her I was hoping to get color matched and get a few samples to try the foundation before purchasing. Hailey color matched me then she started pulling some foundations based on my needs. She added everything to my profile so I can keep track of what I tried. Hailey was absolutely amazing with her customer service. She was very welcoming, friendly, and like she actually wanted to help me! Which can be so tough to find in beauty shops. Thank you Hailey! She will be my go-to associate when I shop at this location. I highly recommend Hailey!
