I’ve been visiting the High Desert location for about the last 10 years and again, I’ve gotten nothing but the best customer service. Olivia is the best she’s knowledgeable very helpful and always welcoming when I come into the store she always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond she’s a great asset for Saloncentric. I’ll be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had had a previous experience with another associate named Olivia who was very rude, disrespectful and I was followed around the store the entirety of my visit so I was a bit nervous going back to this location but Zach was awesome and so helpful.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
