- DGDafne GarciaJul 20, 20263.0I’m giving this visit 3 stars because while the store was clean and well-stocked on some items, the customer service fell short. I needed assistance with finding a specific shade, so I asked one of the multiple employees who were standing together in the aisle. She gave me a quick recommendation and checked her device to see if it was in the back since the shelf was empty. When it turned out to be out of stock, she just left it at that and walked away. I ended up wandering around the store on my own trying to find an alternative from a different brand. I passed by the employees multiple times, but no one asked if I needed a new recommendation or help finding a backup product. It felt like a missed opportunity for the staff to be proactive and help a customer find an alternative that worked.
- RMRaquel MagallanesJun 23, 20261.0Employee was collecting my personal information, saying she needed to very my account, account i didn't have… until i asked her why she was asking for all the i formation if she said she found an account(that she said i had but i didnt) , i told her to process my transaction and i didn't want an account… she looked at me with attitude and become really rude after that… people needs to ask permission before getting all the personal information and inform what are really doing , i know they have goals but they need to inform the customer they are creating an account

They saw me, but neither acknowledged me or said hello. I checked out at the regular check out, not wanting to wait for them to never see me at their counter in the back. Sad and I'll never return to this Sephora. Ever...(Monday the 8th around 3:30 in Vallejo.). On a lighter note, I believe the lady who waited on me while checking out was Omu, I think it was her name. She was great! ✨
