Every time I go into that store, she goes above and beyond what customer service is when it comes to helping me, explaining products to me, kindness, etc. If I am in another city, I will still wait to drive home and go to this location because of how incredible the customer service is. 15/10 experience because of her, and thankful she has showed me even more products to purchase. Looking forward to getting more items!
- AGAmber GilmoreJun 20, 20265.0My best friend is highly allergic to coconut and came in today and is currently raving to me about how Andrew & Steph helped him not only go through the ingredient lists in a bunch of shampoos but also brought out a book of allergens to point out if there was an allergen that wasn't listen on the label of any of the bottles. He said the process took about 30 minutes and that he is just so incredibly grateful for their kindness and patience. ANDREW AND STEPH, YOU TWO ARE ROCKSTARS!

The store was welcoming (especially Andrew) the products were amazing, and everyone was very friendly. Andrew helped me find a few products and made the experience enjoyable without being pushy. We have so much fun trying and testing each item and they and all the workers are both so patient in explaining what each product does. Great service and love Lush!!
