  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rosaine (Rose) was absolutely amazing! She has such a wonderful personality and is full of life. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and she knew the answers to all of my questions. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her customers and making sure they have a great experience. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days! I would definitely come back just to receive her service again. Rose truly made my experience special, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Rose, for being so wonderful! ❤️

  Amazing service from a beautiful Brazilian lady, Rose. Dedicated so much of her time to help my friend and I find the perfect foundation match and so much more. Very sweet lady, super friendly and great conversation from her. Will definitely be coming back to this store for her wonderful service!

  My friend and I drove all the way from Davis to this location. And omg can I say Rose is absolutely the best worker ever. Shes been so kind and helpful and honestly she needs a promotion. I’ve never had this good of an experience at Sephora, she matched my shade exactly and was amazing ! Love her !

  I had such a wonderful experience with Lea Williams, the manager at Sephora inside Kohl’s. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Lea goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcomed, valued, and confident in their purchases. Her excellent leadership and commitment to outstanding customer service truly stand out. Sephora and Kohl’s are very fortunate to have her as a manager. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Lea!
