- ALAustin LeviApr 11, 20261.0Worst rude stylist works for great clips named Audrey the tall blonde lady she never smiles, she talks down to her stylist she never looks happy she comes and goes as she pleases she calls herself a manager when she left and came back after saying she hates working for the owners that their cheap. I absolutely can’t stand her customer service and I can’t believe that lady isn’t fired yet she just needs to go, she’s rude and takes an hour with her “favorite” male clients. Absolutely ridiculous how she’s still there after I heard stylist have complained about her the owner must really be that desperate to keep her around for that long.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
