- JAJoshua ArreagaApr 12, 20211.0I've witnessed disgusting unprofessional behavior from 3 employees working at this location by the name of: Nancy, Jen (Green hair) and Paola. They talk down on customers and talk about customers when they leave the store. This is unacceptable and along with this negative review, I will be filing a report with bbb. These type of employees should be removed from their position. Their rude behavior is unacceptable and puts the company at risk of a lawsuit. I will be taking my business elsewhere until these employees are removed from their position and will be advising other hair professionals to no longer do business with this company.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
