- AEAna Luiza Eller3 days ago1.0If I could give zero stars I would. Days ago when I purchased redken shades EQ, by mistake I got a mans color (they look alike) and after paying for all of my products I noticed my mistake. The lady who got my payment said “don’t worry just bring it back with the receipt and we will exchange that for you”. Well, here I am trying to exchange the product that SHE MENTIONED SHE WOULD IF I HAD A RECEIPT but looks like the lady changed her mind about it. It was in my car for days - school drop off and pick ups got me and I could come earlier. What a disappointment. She said the bottle looks used - but she sees that the liquid was not used?! Make that make sense. I’m attaching a picture of the product and the receipt so you can see what I am talking about. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. Zero respect for their customers. Poor management. Bad communication.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
