  Ashley was fantastic! She was patient, caring and very understanding of this being my daughter’s experience. She anticipated questions, offered options, and carefully walked use through the process- even down to ensuring we were happy with the alignment. I’d highly recommend Rowan!

  I booked an appointment, I called and asked if they can do nose at 5 pm, they said “yes, come over. “I drove for 30 minutes, when I was there they told me they can not do it, because nurse has to go home..no explanation… it was not easy for me to get time, Sooo disappointed, bad service, awful experience, not going back.

  ​"Great place to get your piercings! My experience was awesome. The shop was spotless and the team made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. I did nostril. Very nice, professional people who walked me through the entire process and aftercare. I'll definitely be coming back!"

  I had nurse Ashley and they were super nice and professional and explained everything really well. It also hurt a lot less than I expected and they were super open to you coming back whenever to ask any questions. I got them done at del amo mall and really recommend
