  I was helped by this wonderful Woman, though everyone there was incredibly welcoming and kind! She was very nice, funny, and attentive as she pierced my nose. If anyone were to visit u would definitely recommend her. The process was quick and they explained everything thoroughly. Overall the experience for me was a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend!

  I took my daughter that is 2.5 years old. I forgot the nurse name but she was so friendly and made my daughter and myself very comfortable. The place is really clean. I love that you come back for a follow up appointment to get your piercing check to make sure is healing. The prices are not bad for the earrings.

  did such an amazing job! i had a piercing that was uneven and Nurse Karina made it work with an addition of perfecting my second piercing! Thank you so much, this truly made my day!

  I had an amazing experience at Rowan, and I can’t recommend Karina enough! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly patient, welcoming, and immediately put us at ease. She took the time to ask questions about our lifestyle and preferences, making the experience feel personal instead of rushed. As someone who used to work in customer service, I know how rare it is to find someone who genuinely goes above and beyond. Nurses like Karina are truly one of a kind. The biggest reason for this review is how wonderful she was with my 4-month-old daughter. She was so gentle, calm, and patient throughout the entire piercing process. Even though I was nervous, Karina made everything look effortless. She perfectly aligned my baby’s earrings within minutes, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. This was, without a doubt, the best ear-piercing experience I’ve ever had. If you’re considering getting your child’s ears pierced or even your ownI highly recommend asking for Karina. She made what could have been a stressful moment into a truly special memory. Thank you, Karina!

  I came across Rowan in the mall and was excited to come in to check it out as it looked really aesthetically pleasing. Upon arrival, Nurse Ashley was very kind and welcoming. She answered all my questions and was helpful with picking our different post sizes. I ended up getting my tragus piercing switched out to one of the marquis titanium pieces, everything went smoothly and it looks beautiful! Would definitely recommend this place!
