- DVDanielle VicksMay 21, 20262.0I have been to this store before in march and everyone was so cool, and welcoming. Redhead lady with accent was a gem. I went today (may 20), and some lady with glasses I think I she is the manager and her name might be Sandra (or that is another girls name). She was very rude to my friends and I. I went in to ask about a birthday party, also I’m an adult and would purchase an item. She gave me the paper about it on info cool, after that my friends and I walked around the store to look at stuff. She kept whispering about my friends and I, bc she would look at other employees and then point at us and whisper. V petty if you ask me. I wanted samples bc I have sensitive skin and even said that to her. She seemed petty towards me, and was side eyeing my friends and I, and rolled her eyes at me. I really don’t appreciate that, it makes me so uncomfortable. Don’t go to this one. None of them wanted to help us, they would go to other people and avoid us. It felt v judgmental. I never really get mad or upset about stuff like this bc I also work customer service and understand we all have bad days, but she was so rude. I am never going back, can I please have the district managers number
