- BBbeka2 days ago3.0I needed help shade matching my little sister for her sixteen and asked one of the employees for help. As soon as she turned she had this bothered look on her face looked me down then up in a weird way, then unenthusiastically offered to find someone to shade match my sister. She called for someone on her device and no one came, she ended up leaving without saying anything. I dont know her name but she had thick brows, dark hair and looked latina. No one else approached us besided Khaleesi who is such an amazing and enthusiastic employee. She shade matched my sister & did everything she could to help. Much love for her!

If you need to find your shade, ask an employee and they will be glad to help you. It can sometimes get a little crowded in some areas so there might be a hold up. Otherwise this store is amazing and put in a nice spot in the Promenade Mall Temecula.
