- NVNatatttat VOct 4, 20261.0I go in so often, usually holiday times, the reg sales associates when u just walk in, SUPER great, SUPER nice, then you get to the back and see this short black haired rude lady. Everytime I go in she avoids any type of customer service. I asked about the pumpkin spice bar to be sliced smaller than the $20 bars they put out and she made a deal of that. Then when I went to check out she didn’t greet, instead went on ranting about how she’s “not anemic”, and “doesn’t get why she’s so ugh and groggy” talking openly about her doctor appointment to a co worker, STILL not even a “hi!” “How’s it going?” NOPE. Didn’t tell me how much I owed, nothing. (grown adult mind you) On the receipt her name popped up as Aurora. Girl, if you’re so “groggy” and “over it” call out, or talk about it on break. leave it at the door and clock in.

Then she says you can wash your hands with it to him, after saying he used it excessively?? So confusing of a woman she is! The jelly witch hand was perfectly in tact and seemed like he didn’t use it at all to begin with . Then she goes over to her coworker and starts talking about him in front of me . The purchase I was going to make got put back, hopefully owners can see this and hire new staff.

Every employee is super nice and very helpful. I got my mom addicted to shopping here and she loves the bath bombs and body scrubs. Such a great place to get something for your own spa day 😌👍
- PPPixieMay 5, 20261.0I’ve spent over 600$ in the last two months on LUSH products, 180$ this trip. I wanted a sample of two products to SEE WHICH ONE worked for me to buy a day or two later. This is the sample they gave me. Are you kidding me? That’s not enough to work or come to ANY conclusion about this product and the cheapness with someone who spends a couple hundred every few weeks, I find utterly ridiculous. Needless to say, I was turned off and that will be my last visit. I will also be going ahead and returning the 300-400$ worth of products I had bought quite recently. You need better employees because you’re losing high paying customers.
