  Would not return here ever again, woman with dark hair yelled at my son to not use anymore of a witch hand jelly thing. Then she says you can wash your hands with it to him, after saying he used it excessively?? So confusing of a woman she is! The jelly witch hand was perfectly in tact and seemed like he didn’t use it at all to begin with . Then she goes over to her coworker and starts talking about him in front of me . The purchase I was going to make got put back, hopefully owners can see this and hire new staff.

  Love shopping here to get a fun bath bomb for a nice bath. I have sensitive skin and I never had a problem with their products. Every employee is super nice and very helpful. I got my mom addicted to shopping here and she loves the bath bombs and body scrubs. Such a great place to get something for your own spa day 😌👍

  I’ve spent over 600$ in the last two months on LUSH products, 180$ this trip. I wanted a sample of two products to SEE WHICH ONE worked for me to buy a day or two later. This is the sample they gave me. Are you kidding me? That’s not enough to work or come to ANY conclusion about this product and the cheapness with someone who spends a couple hundred every few weeks, I find utterly ridiculous. Needless to say, I was turned off and that will be my last visit. I will also be going ahead and returning the 300-400$ worth of products I had bought quite recently. You need better employees because you’re losing high paying customers.

  This Lush store is one of my favorites! James has always been such a great help with products along with being so kind to my daughter (all the staff are amazing with her). If you are looking for more natural products this is definitely the place to go. I personally had to stop using fragrance due to skin sensitivity but then I found Lush and I’m able to use all the good smelling products without causing an eczema flare up or skin sensitivity (same goes for my daughter). If you have a moment to stop by I would definitely recommend doing so. It’s very welcoming and if you’re ever unsure of a product the employees are always so kind and willing to demo the product for you or give a small sample for you to try at home. Personally I LOVE that since it helps cut down on waste if you end up not liking it. Speaking of cutting down waste if you are purchasing a product speak to an employee about the bring back program or just recycling in general. If you bring back the empty sample containers or tubs (fully washed and dried) they can recycle them properly for us. Definitely a place for the whole family to visit and get fun products that make a difference and are ethically sourced.
