  This store is literally the worst Sephora ever! The staff never offer to help u! They practically ignore u in the store! U have to wait 10-15 min trying to find someone to help u at the cashier!

  Very disappointing experience due to Vanessa’s behavior. She was rude, dismissive, and came across as unprofessional throughout the interaction. Her tone and attitude were unwelcoming. If you go to this location, I would avoid seeking assistance from Vanessa. On the other hand, Adriana was pleasant and helpful, which I appreciated. Her professionalism made a big difference.

  On April 18th I came to this location and got assigned someone to color match me. This lady was shorter with black mid hair length and highlights. After she was done I had told her I had more items I needed help with but I needed to go outside to load my cart on my phone since I had no service inside. Took maybe 1min and I quickly came back and she was no where to be found. I finally found her and she said she had to go speak to her manager but she’ll be right back. I saw her going towards someone else and helping them. Then I saw her just standing next to and speaking to one of her coworkers. When another customer asked her for help and she went to help them instead. The whole time I was waiting for her to come back to me. I went up to her and told her to give me my color match products. She pointed towards a shelf and said “I left them for you there” and walked away. No mention or apology for not coming back to help me. If she was to busy or didn’t want to help me she could’ve sent me someone else. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the assistant manager Shannon was great when I spoke to her about this issue but I hope this gets addressed with the unprofessional worker. Also the foundation she gave me was in a opened unsealed box not sure how she missed that.

  The Sephora team in Tarzana is simply magnificent! I made a purchase on Thursday and left my cardholder behind. Today is Sunday—and I received my cardholder safe and sound! Thank you, everyone!
