  This the second time I've had a negative experience at this location due to aggressive sales tactics that border on harassment. I returned today after a previous incident where staff mocked me for trying to use headphones to signal that I wanted to shop alone. Today, I was approached repeatedly despite saying 'no, thank you,' and when the staff couldn't get what they wanted, they then decided to ignore me at check out. I inevitably walked out after just standing around without any acknowledgment and went to the Glendale location, which I was able to get my products AND get in and out without being harassed. I had taken a hiatus from coming to this store because it makes me so uncomfortable, and I inevitably will not be back, as I prefer to shop at the Glendale or Topanga locations instead, where employees actually respect boundaries and provide respectful service. For a store that touts inclusivity and human rights and treating people with respect, no thank you is a complete sentence. It is truly beyond me that saying “no thank you, I know what I want” means keep approaching me till I’m visibly annoyed. This is not the way. As a former lush employee who spent years with the company , I’m deeply saddened to see it delve so deep in too this cheap sales and harassment tactics .

  Give my girl Jazmin a big shout out, because she is the most sweetest person ever and very helpful. Made me feel welcomed, and acknowledged my presence in store and checked in every now and then, love her

  I've been shopping at Lush since the early 2000s, and while I've always had great experiences with their staff, my visit on Memorial Day truly stood out. My daughter wanted to stop in, and we were initially just browsing. As someone who is very shy and usually prefers to shop on my own, I typically decline help unless I need it. After my daughter asked a question, an associate with pink hair stepped in to help, and she completely transformed our experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about the products. She took the time to explain several items in detail, demonstrated products for me, and even showed me how to properly layer them. I've been shopping at Lush for years and still learned things I never knew. What impressed me most was how well she read the room. She never made us feel pressured to buy anything. She made us feel comfortable, welcome, and genuinely cared for. Talking with her felt less like interacting with a salesperson and more like chatting with a friend I'd known for years. We ended up spending well over $250, not because of a sales pitch, but because she took the time to educate us and create such a positive experience. By the end of our visit, both my daughter and I felt so comfortable and appreciated that we gave her a hug goodbye. For two very shy people, that's saying a lot. That interaction left such a positive impression on us that it genuinely set the tone for the rest of our day. After we left, I actually called the store hoping to get her name so I could recognize her specifically, but I completely understand and respect the store's privacy policies. The entire staff at this location has always been wonderful, but the associate with the pink hair is truly a star. She deserves recognition for the kindness, warmth, knowledge, and genuine human connection she brought to our visit. Thank you for making our day so special.

  had a great experience here, i didn’t get their names but the pink haired and light blonde haired ladies helped me out, made fun jokes with us and were overall knowledgeable and kind. i’ve yet to ever have a bad experience with Lush employees in USA or Canada! always a pleasure

  Had such a fun experience at the Lush store inside Westfield Fashion Square thanks to Alex! Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. The moment we walked in, Alex made the whole store feel exciting, welcoming, and honestly dangerous for my wallet in the best way possible 😂 He knew absolutely everything about the products, gave amazing recommendations, and somehow convinced me I needed way more than I planned to buy. The energy, the vibe, the smells, the colorful displays… it felt impossible to leave empty-handed. At one point I was literally laughing because I almost bought the entire store hahahaha. What I loved most was that nothing felt pushy. Alex was just genuinely passionate, friendly, and super knowledgeable, which made the whole experience feel fun instead of just shopping. Huge shoutout to him for making the visit memorable. If you stop by Lush at Westfield Fashion Square, definitely ask for Alex , he’s an absolute legend.
