- MVMario Velandia5 days ago5.0Had such a fun experience at the Lush store inside Westfield Fashion Square thanks to Alex! Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. The moment we walked in, Alex made the whole store feel exciting, welcoming, and honestly dangerous for my wallet in the best way possible 😂 He knew absolutely everything about the products, gave amazing recommendations, and somehow convinced me I needed way more than I planned to buy. The energy, the vibe, the smells, the colorful displays… it felt impossible to leave empty-handed. At one point I was literally laughing because I almost bought the entire store hahahaha. What I loved most was that nothing felt pushy. Alex was just genuinely passionate, friendly, and super knowledgeable, which made the whole experience feel fun instead of just shopping. Huge shoutout to him for making the visit memorable. If you stop by Lush at Westfield Fashion Square, definitely ask for Alex , he’s an absolute legend.

She was able to guide me through what does not have nuts or almond oils. I never felt more comfortable in a lush store and shopping with her made it so fun and inviting! Thank you !
