Naturally, it is quite obvious that all the authors of those reviews are hearing people, but—aside from our lack of hearing—we are no different from them. And yet, when the staff realized that we could not speak, they didn't make the slightest effort to find a way to communicate with us! After all, that is exactly what Google Translate is for; we are Russians, we speak English well, yet they didn't even want to speak English! Instead, they immediately started waving their hands in front of us and declared: "No vacancies." What kind of disrespect is this?!
