  A disappointing wax brow experience at Sephora Montgomery. I used to go to the Sephora at the Plaza, and it was perfect. Here, I had a bad experience: no explanation beforehand, no attention paid to the shape, and no aftercare at the end. My eyebrows don't look like their usual shape, and I'm going to have to fix them myself. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

  Awful treatment! Tonight I came in 20 minutes before closing intending to purchase a foundation. Instead of offering help, the associate abruptly told me they were closing soon and that I should return tomorrow. Her tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I expected basic kindness and service, especially since I arrived before closing time. Very disappointing experience. A little kindness goes a long way.
