This salon has young, beautiful stylist, and it's not just for your Grandma 😊😜 Elia has the best personality and professionalism! I get a lot of compliments on my cut and highlights and have recommended several people to JCPenny Salon to see Elia. You can tell she loves what she does, and we love our time with her!

Salon was fine with it until we showed up. the stylist(Rylie?) walked off and the manager said that she didn’t feel comfortable cutting her hair(too cowardly to tell us to our face) but i guess she had no problem humiliating a child. Bravo. Avoid this place at all cost. What a pathetic salon.
