  Buyer Beware - Studs is colleting your Birthdate and Driver's License information and Sharing it with Third Parties! When you show your ID to prove your age you may not realize it but they are scanning and storing sensitive information (Date of Birth & Drivers License Number) and most likely selling it to Data Brokers. I have repeatedly asked them to delete the information for two weeks now and I keep getting canned emails that say they are working on it. Knowing this I would have never purchased their service and I deeply regret it. The service itself was good as was the person providing the service. I would urge the Manager of the Store to try to work with Corporate to fix this issue.

  Walked in at 7:30pm (closes at 9pm), and was told that the piercer is cleaning up for the day. I asked what time they close and she said “every day is different.” Confused why the closing time is posted as 9pm if they close whenever they want. She then told me the piercer cleans up before closing time.

  I've had this piercing for four months. Professional, clean service; however, my earring keeps coming out and their only option is the pushpin earring instead of the thread. Getting a piercing with an overpriced artificial earring cost a lot, so to continually have the earring fall out with the potential being lost really sucks will not return here for my next piercings.

  Had a wonderful experience at Studs this past weekend. I went in with my 18-year-old niece to get a couple piercings, mind you this was my first time getting pierced other than an earlobe. As soon as we walked in, grace, our piercer, took great care of us. She answered all of our questions, was knowledgeable about the piercing types, even measured my rook area to make sure it would be a good fit. As a first timer, I appreciated that they weren’t just about making the sale/doing the piercing but they wanted to ensure that our experience was a good one. The piercing room was very sterile, clean, organized, welcoming, calming, exactly what you wanted to be for your first time and every time. I would definitely recommend this place, ask for Grace!
