We’ve reimagined a better ear-piercing experience to help you get the look you want, stress-free.
We offer ear piercings with needles (never piercing guns!) for better precision, safety and healing, as well as a wide assortment of cute, high-quality piercing jewelry options at a range of prices.
Recently took my daughter for a double piercing. The experience overall was good; 4 stars instead of 5 for their team member failing to provide discounts and giveaway bag during a promotion. Once reminded they did amend however, I’m always weary of this process. It feels like the initial is to charge full price. In the end, we still left without the giveaway bag.

I don’t know why the reviews are so bad, they helped me pick out my earrings and even made helpful recommendations when I was unsure. I got 2 lobe piercings and a conch piercing. Grace was professional and precise. She cleaned my ears thoroughly and wore gloves the whole time. She marked the placement with a marker and made sure it looked even before showing me, and even changed the placement a little at my request. The piercings look straight and she gave thorough directions about aftercare. It wasn’t painless but it was very fast and they give you a stress squish if you want it. If you want them to spend more time on your piercings I’d recommend going early morning or during low traffic times.

I am honestly still in shock over how terrible my experience at Studs was today. I had to write this review to warn others—save your money and your time!
⏱ 【Chaotic and Disorganized Waiting System】
We went in as a walk-in. First, they made us wait 20 minutes, and once that was up, they told us we had to wait another 20 minutes. There was zero clear communication or queue management from the staff the entire time. They never gave us a clear timeline of when we would actually get pierced, leaving us standing around completely clueless. The customer service was practically non-existent.
💸 【Outrageous Hidden Costs】
What blew my mind the most was the final bill. By the time everything was added up, it came out to $170! I honestly couldn't believe how expensive it turned out to be just to get an ear pierced.
👂 【Ridiculous Follow-up Charges】
Right after the piercing was done, the piercer casually dropped a bomb on us: we have to come back in a few weeks to switch to "longer posts," and it costs an extra $10 per ear!
Like, aren't you supposed to be able to wear earrings after getting pierced? Sneaking in extra charges for the follow-up transition jewelry feels like a total scam and a massive hidden fee.

The quality of the piercings here is quite variable, because they have numerous piercers and you don’t get to choose who you get. I’ve gotten two piercings from Studs a few months apart. One of them turned out excellent, and I am very happy with it, but they butchered the angle on the other piercing and I am probably going to need to get it redone. Additionally, I feel like the quality of the piercings themselves as well as the jewelry does not line up with the price point. Although they market themselves as a luxury piercing shop, they are still really more like a mall chain in the end. I would recommend going to a more reputable local piercer with a portfolio that you can properly vet instead.

I would recommend not to get earrings form here!
I got the 14k flatbacks. You have to bend the earing a little to "secure" it to the back.
The girl who helped me bent one for me. I didn't want to pay extra for the service of putting them on since the earings are already pricey. The girl gave me two back sizes which was nice because I actually used the larger one.
I went home bent the other one and put them on. I pulled a litte to make sure they felt "secure," and they did.
The next day, I noticed the one the girl bent fell off. I did not feel when it fell off.
I went back the next day and was told out they sold out of the the warings I bought and had limited of the other ones. The girl was a little rude too. I had to look online for the company to see if I could order the same earing. Got a little discount.
When the earing arrived it only had one of the back sizes, which sucked because I needed the slightly larger size. In addition, my earing arrived broken! Good think i payed the extra fee to be able to return or exchange an item. When I went back to the store, they just processed my return. I wasn't able to get the replacement earing there and then. I had to email the company and let them know what happened. They were able to get me the same discount I got when I ordered online when I asked. I was contemplating reordering since I want my warings to match, but now the other earing fell off and I didnt feel. I do check at least once a day to make sure its secure. After doing some research it comes down to poor craftsmanship and not worth price.
I was able to find a company who offered reasonable prices for 14k gold and their flatbacks screw on which sounds a lot better thank having to slightly bend an earing to "secure" it.
