- EAEliza ArcegaApr 24, 20261.0Terrible experience during lunch today threw me off for the rest of the day, couple days ago I came in to pick up an online order I got a shade darker in a powder Estée Lauder so immediately exchanged it for a lighter color witch I did but didn’t end up liking it so today came in to return it & apparently it wasn’t on my account ( the exchange) big issue because apparently if it was an even exchange why wasn’t it scanned into my account ! So the customer doesn’t deal with type of issue when returning I felt like the employee helping me though I was lien as well that I did the exchange because she kept saying it wasn’t on my account witch thats not my problem it was the employee who helped with my exchange she did an error ! Bad experience today

While I was there, I was looking for some items to help cover up the dark troughs under my eyes and was frustrated that I couldn’t figure it out. A very lovely and friendly employee, Christina (may be misspelling her name) took extra time to help me and gave me recommendations what to buy. She even applied it for me and it made a noticeable difference! I was so grateful for her knowledge as well as the great conversation as we chatted about Oregon :D I felt so much better walking out of there with a solution to help my eye bag insecurity!
