  Agree with comments on incredibly rude employees here in this MAC store. I was looking at eye shadows in that section and had a question on that. An employee walked closeby for something else and I asked her my question. She looked visibly very upset and with an angry tone answered me. I left the store right away. Please train your employees on customer service. This was on June 26th evening

  We had the worst customer service experience. I have been using MAC products for more than 20 years and have always had positive experiences, which made this situation even more disappointing. I recently purchased a foundation, and when I got home and opened it, I discovered that it was completely smashed. At checkout, I declined the receipt because I have never had an issue with a MAC purchase before and had no reason to think I would need to return it. When I brought the damaged product back to the store, the staff were extremely rude and refused to exchange or refund it, despite the product clearly being defective and unusable. I was shocked by the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help resolve the situation. After being a loyal MAC customer for over two decades, this experience has left me very disappointed.

  Today I walked in to the Mac outlet in valley fair mall , and there was a promotion 30% for all the lipsticks also a makeup bag free for all the purchase of 90 usd and I purchased for two bills and they gave only one pouch , I asked why not for the other bill about the free make up pouch , the lady who was there was dam rude and said only one for one person, but the promotion was for more than 90 usd u get a one pouch and two separate bills buy two people just because we both walked in together they said only one and very rude , she said I don’t make the rules here and that’s it , customer care is so bad , Mac should not recruit dirty staff which spoiling the band reputation.

  This place has genuinely one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. At checkout, she told me to put down my email and phone number and I politely just said “oh i don’t want to sign up for anything” and she proceeded to give me a dirty look said “okaaay” in the most rude tone of voice, acting as if I was saying something crazy? Throughout my entire interaction with her, she was incredibly rude on multiple occasions, getting weird when I asked questions and just overall a heinous vibe. If I wasn’t there for a specific christmas gift I would’ve left without buying anything. Both me and my mom were shocked at her attitude because we were being incredibly polite and nice to her despite her behavior so there was no reason for her to behave as she did the entire time. She had dark hair and was working 12/18 in the evening.
