Most locations they are following you and watching you, pretending to stock. This location let me shop and I was able to buy a bunch of stuff and not be followed around and asked a bunch of questions by employees.

So very helpful and I didn’t feel rushed they answered all my questions I had with smiles and kindness! This is now my go to Lush store! Than my you ladies for all of your kindness and assistance today! ❤️

The store was beautiful, everything smelled incredible, and the customer service was honestly next level. Yasmeen was the highlight of my visit, she was so helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. Yasmeen took the time to explain everything, helped me choose the best items, and made the whole experience feel super easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated how welcoming Yasmeen was. She made great recommendations, answered all my questions, and genuinely seemed like she cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. Yasmeen’s positive attitude and professionalism made my visit so much better. Lush already has amazing products, but employees like Yasmeen are what make the experience unforgettable. Thank you, Yasmeen, for being so helpful and making my visit such a great one! I’ll definitely be coming back.

My daughter would not leave and kept asking to come back to play with bubbles. We ended up buying the rainbow Play-Doh-like soap and a bubble bath bomb. Shout out to upper management, Alyssa and Sophia are amazing. They interacted with my daughter and every customer that enter the store in a positive/fun manner. They went above and beyond blowing bubbles with the popsicle bubble bath bomb, and let us play for nearly an hour building the tallest bubble tower.
