  As always an exceptional experience visiting Byredo. Especially with the help from Luna, we were looking for a present and she gave us many options for us to look into. With great patience, she was able to help us find the perfect gift that we were looking for! 10/10 will come back again!

  Pretty incompetent staff. Specially considering that they market themselves as a luxury boutique. I had purchased a perfume at their SoHo store for my wife. The receipt clearly mentions a 30 day return policy. Long story short, my wife didn’t like the smell. These guys at Valley Fair didn’t even consider a return. This dude at the counter just brushed us off with “the store manager at the other store should have mentioned our no returns policy”. I mean the receipt literally says 30 day returns!! Definitely stay away from this one & get your perfumes at the Nordstrom or Bloomingdales next door. Some people don’t know about customer service and this lot at the store seems to be the bottom of the barrel.

  I had an amazing experience at Byredo all thanks to Viv! They provided exceptional customer service and were patient while helping me decide on a fragrance. I highly recommend seeking her out if you visit.

  Great first time store experience. My first time trying Byredo perfumes and came to this store to try them.. Store is clean and organized. Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Shoutout to Khuon and Zoey who made my first time experience memorable. They are very patient and even gave free samples with my order, also gave me tips on layering with the samples they given. I recommend this store :)
