  I was in the store earlier that week and had no issues, which is why I was so disappointed by my experience with Etzhia. From the moment I interacted with her, she was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my visit. What stood out most was that she appeared distracted, unfocused, and disengaged during our interaction. It was difficult to get clear answers to my questions, and the overall experience felt unprofessional. I also felt that I was treated differently than other customers in the store, which left me feeling singled out and concerned that race may have played a role in the way I was treated. She also seemed under the influence and seemed like she was on something or coming down from a crazy high. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the entire interaction. Customer service can make or break a shopping experience, and unfortunately, my experience with Etzhia completely ruined mine. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.

  I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS! I asked them if i can get a free sample vial of a cologne that i wanted and they refused to do so. Now why not? It’s a sample vial most cologne stores usually give you 1 sample of a cologne if you ask the and they did not! I want my sample of right now boy.

  I had a wonderful experience with the associate helping me in-store at Sephora — she was kind, patient, and genuinely sweet. Unfortunately, the receipt was accidentally left out of my bag, so I called the next day because I realized I had purchased the wrong item and needed the receipt information to fix the issue. That’s when I spoke to Maria, who I was told is a manager, and honestly it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending for absolutely no reason. Instead of trying to help, she acted annoyed that I even called and spoke to me like I was inconveniencing her. Her tone was cold the entire conversation, and she rushed me off the phone saying she “had to go” before even attempting to resolve the issue properly. What makes it worse is that when I called another Sephora location afterward, they helped me immediately with no attitude at all. That just confirmed the problem wasn’t my request — it was Maria’s attitude and lack of professionalism. If you’re in a management position, basic courtesy and customer service should be expected. Maria genuinely came across like someone who hates her job and takes it out on customers.

  Flew into Santa Barbara for a wedding and forgot all my makeup at home. I haven’t shopped at Sephora in a really long time so walking in was overwhelming but Alex saved the day! She scanned my skin tone and helped me match perfectly even suggesting new products I haven’t tried before. She was an absolute doll running around to help me get all the essentials for the perfect look. Give that girl a raise! Thank you!!

  WAS WILLING TO BUY! Register took 45 minutes staff just walking aimlessly around not helping. I set my stuff down and walked out. Terribly run.
