While I was there, I realized I needed an additional item to actually dye my hair, so I asked for help. The employee did provide the information I needed, which I appreciate, but the interaction felt a bit uncomfortable. She seemed irritated when I asked questions and when I didn’t have all the correct details for my order right away. I completely understand that accuracy is important, but the tone made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Overall, I was able to get what I needed, but I think the customer experience could have been more welcoming.

The new location sucks but the boutique target 🎯 took over the ptevious building. Othwrwise five stars! If your a professional and know what you need, then you dont need to be sold on anything. Im in and out and the staff is always welcoming.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
