  Extremely disappointing experience — I sent them an email to express my disappointment, and didnt even get back at me. $220 for a service we did not receive as advertised. We paid $220 before tip for an 80-minute Personalized Therapeutic Massage, plus three add-ons: High Vibes Muscle Release ($10), Localized Topical Treatment ($10), and “Reverse Deep Tissue” Cupping ($25). We also left a $19 tip. Unfortunately, the actual experience was extremely disappointing. The massage therapist, Dain, finished approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled 80 minutes. During the massage, he was seated for essentially the entire treatment and the pressure was extremely light and gentle. My husband specifically needed a deep/therapeutic massage, but there was virtually no deep-tissue work performed. We also paid an additional $25 for “Reverse Deep Tissue” Cupping. My husband has received cupping treatments before, and the marks normally remain for several days and sometimes over a week. This time, there were virtually no visible marks whatsoever, which made us question whether the cupping treatment was actually performed effectively. What is most frustrating is that we specifically chose Sloco Massage because of its 4.9-star rating and excellent reviews. We expected a professional therapeutic massage, especially considering we paid $220 for the services. Instead, we left feeling that we had wasted both our time and our money. Paying for specific treatments and then receiving something that felt substantially different from what was advertised is extremely frustrating. This was by far one of the most disappointing massage experiences we have ever paid for. I would not recommend spending this kind of money here based on our experience. Business response: We would appreciate an explanation of why the 80-minute service ended approximately 15 minutes early and why the advertised “Reverse Deep Tissue” cupping and therapeutic/deep-tissue treatment were not performed as we expected.

  SPECTACULAR massage from Ayah, the best I have ever had in years of many good experiences. I loved my first time trying red light therapy and appreciated the thoughtful teaching from Crystal going into the experience, too! Will absolutely recommend and come back.

  I moved from Orange County as I had a Massage Envy membership. I found Sloco on class pass and had a 2:30 appointment with Dain. Dain was so kind doing our beginning consultation and focused on the areas I asked for such as shoulders and lower back. He asked about the pressure I wanted and also helped answer questions about the monthly membership (which I signed up for today!) and gave me a short tour of the facility and other services. I'm excited to return next month and can't shoutout Dain enough!

  Excellent experience. Great staff. Felt welcoming. Everything was pristine. Relaxing, calm atmosphere. My massage felt amazing. They also threw in a complementary infrared sauna experience because I used a gift card. It was nice after my massage to be able to just sit and relax and release. One thing I especially appreciated was that I had moved out of the area years ago, but they texted me to let me know that I had a gift card on file, which I had completely forgotten about. So I appreciate it that they called me so that I could use that gift card. Overall amazing experience.
