  I got a Couples Massage here with my best friend and we are both bodyworkers/massage therapists ourselves. We also both have gotten many massages over the years. From start to finish, this was the most unpleasant, unprofessional, and disappointing experience we have ever had. First of all, no one in this establishment speaks good English. There should always be at least one person available to be able to speak/translate to customers, especially over the phone. We called beforehand to let them know that we would be running a couple minutes late because our dinner had taken longer than expected to get our check and leave. They were both very frustrating to talk to when trying to explain this and they were also extremely rude and hung up on us. Secondly, the massage itself was awful. It felt like they were just lackadaisically going through the motions just trying to use up the time. They couldn’t speak English and didn’t care to spend special attention to the things we asked for that were bothering us. Any establishment with people who don’t speak English (bare minimum) should be using their phones to translate the client’s needs to whatever language they speak so they can understand and be able to attend to the clients’ needs. It’s crazy to me that that is not standard practice in these establishments. Instead they will give you the same tired moves that are just repetitive broad strokes that they do on everyone who comes into their spa. No attention to detail. No focus work. Just a “one-size-fits-all” massage that pays no attention to each clients specific, individual needs. All bodies are different, so all massages should be the same (specifically tailored to the individual client). I had to mime what I needed before the massage and had to remind the therapist with miming in the middle of the massage of the things I specifically needed and the one thing I had to mime was the only thing helpful about the entire massage and I basically had to stop the massage to beg for it. That’s crazy. Thirdly, when checking out, they specifically asked for a tip (SO unprofessional). I was going to tip anyway, but the asking felt gross. And then, when I agreed to tip them (wayyyy more than they deserved), they added dollars to it without asking because I was paying with my debit card. These women are greedy, rude, and lazy. Literally, go ANYwhere else for a better experience.

  My wife and I booked a 90-minute couples massage after reading positive reviews, but it was disappointing. It mostly felt like light oil application with very little actual massage or muscle work, and we left feeling we didn’t receive what we paid for. The owner later apologized and issued a refund and asked me to remove my original review, which I appreciate, but the experience itself didn’t change. I would not recommend booking here if you’re looking for a real therapeutic or deep relaxation massage.

  One of the best massages we have had. Great pressure that relieved very tense muscles. I had a full body massage and couldn't be happier with the service, cleanliness, friendliness and price. Jennifer got out all of my tension and my daughter had Yoyo, who she loved. 100% happy customer and we'll be back.
