Love the ladies at this store, they’re the sweetest. The store is always clean and in stock too. Giselle was AMAZING, she was incredibly sweet and took her time with my friend and I. Shade matched us perfectly, and explained everything in detail. Aylin was also great, super kind.

I had a 30 minute makeup appointment for prom. I had to be at pictures by 4pm. My makeup person was still working on someone else and wasn't near finished 20 minutes into my appointment. Do not book this place. I called and left a message for the manager. She never returned my call. Very unprofessional!

This Sephora location has no dedicated line for online order pickups, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. I waited in the regular checkout line for a long time just to let them know I was there to pick up an online order. After that, a staff member told me to wait by the stockroom door for my bag. I stood there for another 20 minutes, only for someone to finally come over and hand me my order—from the front counter.
If my order was already at the counter, why was I asked to wait so long at the back? The whole process took more time than simply shopping in-store and checking out normally. This defeats the purpose of placing an online order for convenience.

The girls here are very sweet.. that being said i do think grace is my favorite! ^_^ super helpful, great personality, knew exactly what to recommend. Love hearing her talk haha

I walked inside Sephora today 6:16-6:30pm 03/17/2026 the store looks lovely. I was looking at two Fenty lipsticks and I couldn't decide which color works for me. I turned around and look at the mirror and check which color fits my skin. I didn't sit down or touched anything. Their employee “Molly” startled me and she was very “defensive” about the Vanity. It was a tough experience because she talked too fast and confronted me about their vanity policy that I did not know about aggressively in front of my child. I said sorry I didn't know, Molly gave me an attitude saying they're not going to put a big sign and that wasn't what I meant. After Molly walked away, I put back the Lipstick and left the store immediately because I don't want to waste my Money to a worker who makes me and my son feel uncomfortable or treats me like a criminal. I don't want to argue with an employee because my 4 year old son is in his stroller he also felt uncomfortable of her approach towards me and two little was girls watching me being overly confronted by Molly, they felt uncomfortable as well :( If I was working in Sephora and customers don't know about the policy, I would say how could I help you? Could I please help you find your lipstick colors that you're holding and just to let you know may I please share you about our policy but instead, Molly was very “aggressive and defensive” and never greet me or provide customer support with my lipstick. A high end store is not a good excuse because Molly doesn't look like she's fit to work at Sephora by her Body Language, No Makeup or Hair done. I can see her face have acne if she’s worried about mess on the vanity and treats me like I’m a teenager. She looks like she could work at a fast food place. I thought people in Sephora would be Beautiful in and out but instead this one is a very unprofessional experience by her that I don't want anyone to go through. Maybe it's discriminatory, or maybe she wasn't trained well but that doesn't matter. First impression matters and your sale will drop drastically if you keep up the overly aggressiveness. Hopefully you can hire better people next time who can read the room and balance your policy and customer service at the same time because you “Lost a good Sale from Me and will probably lost More.” I’d advice mothers like me to shop at Ulta Beauty to make your money and experiences worth it and no prejudices experiences.
