Do not purchase anything from this Sephora their products are opened because they opened it. This happened twice. Will not return to this location.

The store has so many options it was kinda hard to pick, but staff was helpful enough and gave me a few sugestions. Everything looked really nice and good quality, and the packaging was great too which made it feel more special. Only thing is prices are a bit high, but I guess that’s expected here.

I made it clear to the cashier that I was in a hurry, yet there was no sense of urgency or consideration for my time during checkout. When I asked to speak with a manager, the situation became even more frustrating. The manager appeared to take the employee’s side immediately without first listening to my concerns. I did not feel heard or respected as a customer. Additionally, several staff members seemed unfamiliar with product locations, which made the shopping experience inefficient. Overall, the lack of professionalism, training, and customer care reflects poor leadership at this location. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and customer service, because based on this experience, I would not feel confident returning.
