  ​I cannot say enough good things about Pore Decision Med Spa. The atmosphere is incredibly luxurious, they use top-of-the-line technology, and yet their prices remain very reasonable. It is basically awesome from the moment you walk in. ​Namtra is absolutely amazing! I go to her for all of my facial services, and she is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. What I love most is that she doesn’t just do a cookie-cutter treatment; every single time I visit, she does something different tailored exactly to what my skin needs that day. ​Every time I leave, I see very promising results. I’ve been getting so many compliments on my skin ever since I started working with her. If you want gorgeous skin and a luxury experience, go see Namtra!

  This place is the best! Nurse Katelyn and the rest of the staff had the best service!! I went in for a botox consultation as it was my first time and had a ton of questions. The staff was able to answer all of them and never pressured me into getting any service. This was so welcoming as there are other places that push you into getting unnecessary treatments. Nurse Katelyn offered recommendations based on my features and my areas of concern. They’re the experts so I trusted them. I felt comfortable and ultimately got botox. After the first appointment they set up a follow up appointment to make sure I was completely happy with their service and my overall look. To all the guys out there, if you are thinking about getting botox, Pore Decisions is the place to go. P.S. their drinks next door are so good! Check them out!

  Been going to this medspa for treatments and honestly I couldn’t be any happier. Results are great as expected. The staff are very welcoming and approachable. Katelyn oozes professionalism and has been amazing with her advices. I’ve only done Botox so far but I’m really looking into getting other treatments in the future from this clinic. PS: love the signature coffee :)

  BE CAREFUL, FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS! I was very excited to try out this spa for a facial but was quickly disappointed. First, my esthetician ran 30 mins late for my appointment and once I arrived she advised me that my service would be an express 30 minutes service. When I pointed out my that my appointment confirmation provided for one hour she stated that the 1 hour included turn over service for the next client and that my service was really only 30 minutes. Second, and the most disappointing, the esthetician proceeded to advise me that my service would not include the services outlined in the appointment that I had booked. I had booked the anniversary special that was advertised as a hydrafacial + dermaplane with a skin analysis. The esthetician stated this special was actually for an express hydrafacial service and that a skin analysis would take too long. She also stated that the anniversary special price didn’t cover the value of the services and that it was a marketing or front desk mistake. Don’t waste your money here, very bad service and false advertising to get you in the door.
