  First time there and almost left when I arrived at my appointment for a full set and pedicure when they opened today and walked in and saw that the stations, floor, everything was filthy. Carts of supplies left out, nothing sanitized in some time. But was very desperate so I sat down. She starts removing nails and gel polish without any kind of soaking my hands, nothing. Then when all are sanded off, I told her I want to go acrylic from gel builder as I need something more durable. She applies the tips and as she's cutting them to the length I wanted, her phone rings and she looks down at her phone ringing at the same time she's cutting these tips and cut my skin under my nail bed and is so short and was bleeding. How does this place have 4.6 🌟??? That's laughable!

  Such a calm and relaxing place. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend it. Dee was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. I will definitely be coming back!

  I had a wonderful experience with Ty and am so happy I found this salon! I’ve tried several nail salons in San Jose, and this has been my favorite experience so far. Ty was incredibly detail-oriented and took her time to make sure every nail was shaped and polished perfectly. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful. The color is rich and elegant, and the flower accent nail is such a gorgeous touch. Most importantly, the finish is smooth, clean, and professionally done.

  I got my nails here done for prom, and my nails looked really lovely! She copied my reference really well, and overall happy with my results!
