  Excellent massage experience! The staff were friendly and professional, the facility was clean and relaxing, and the massage was exactly what I needed. I felt much better afterward, with less tension in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

  Update 7/3/26 this is my first time getting a facial here since i usually get massages here, and omg it’s just as amazing. Cici is truly multi-talented, professional, and knowledgeable in all areas related to the body and face. i trust her completely. she also gives the best facial massage because my face got an instant lift right after! 这是我第一次在这里做脸，因为我平时都是来这里按摩，结果天啊，做脸竟然也一样惊艳！ cici 真的是多才多艺，不仅专业，而且对身体和脸部护理都非常有经验、知识丰富。我完全信任她。 而且她的脸部按摩真的特别厉害，做完之后我的脸立刻就有了明显的提拉效果，整个轮廓都变得更紧致了！ ————— this massage place is by far the best of the best in LA. the massage therapist doesn’t just give you a surface feel-good massage, she actually targets your knots. thank you for everything. 這家按摩店真的非常好，而且按摩的師傅非常的 knowledgeable 不但專業細心，又真的在乎客人的身體

  My wife went here twice and in both cases the masseuse left in the middle and had someone come in to cover. In the first case, the backup masseuse was weird and did a poor job, e.g. putting oil on her feet and hands and not wiping it off at the end. In the second case, the backup masseuse touched her in inappropriate ways without asking and then explicitly complained about the amount of tip (~15%) she was given. She spoke negatively about my wife's recovery from pregnancy and gave bizarre, unsolicited, superstitious advice.

  Got massage and Traditional Ear Cleaning today with my mom. The place is clean and my masseuse was so good, felt like butter after. I never had the ear cleaning before but one of my ears has been itchy so I thought I’d give it a go. Happy I did, the technician asked if I was comfortable the entire time. He sanitized all his equipment and talked me through every process making sure I didn’t feel any pain. He does a video consultation first and asks for consent if I want to remove the ear wax especially because some are very deep and near my ear drum and he explained that it’ll be uncomfortable. Honestly though, it was a very gentle cleaning experience and his touch was softer than when I use a cotton swab at home….which might also be a bad thing that I’m not gentle when I clean myself 😂 slept like a baby that night, glad I discovered this treatment and this spa.
