This store is the worst. Terrible customer service. Makes me never want to ever buy from Sephora ever again

I have always had bad experiences with the women who work at this location, but this time, l definitely won't let anyone walk all over me. The manager on duty bella treated me with indifference, she was rude and racist. She ignored me completely while smiling at the Asian customers. I asked two women for help today, one of them had purple hair. I called out to her first, but she chose to go assist an Asian man instead. A few minutes later, she came and I asked her to help me find the right shade of foundation, she told me she couldn't help me, so l ended up doing it on my own. Afterward I asked Bella for help, but she ignored me and simply pointed toward the register. When I went back to ask for her name, she said “I’m actually the manager on duty” (with an attitude and a mocking tone) and she was helping someone else and smiling to her. The cashier was kind to me, (he was super nice actually) but the "manager on duty" Bella was racist toward me I watched as she smiled at everyone else but completely ignored me.

I can see why downtown retail is dead if you get treated like I did at Sephora. Asked 3 people over 10 minutes for help and all said they’d send someone over but for some reason couldn’t themselves (didn’t give an actual reason). When someone finally did agree to help she ran around for 15mins before telling me what I wanted was out of stock. Then when I was trying to purchase something after checking out 2 people in front of me I was told to go and stand in a different much linnet line. I walked. Out instead. This is why people buy online.

Hi! Don’t go to this location unless you already know exactly what you want. I circled around the store for 20-30 minutes to the point where they probably thought I was trying to steal. I finally saw someone who kinda? looked like they worked there (no name tags, but in sephora black uniform), and I asked, “you don’t happen to work here do you?” and they said “well we can help you” (condescendingly). Mind you, we made eye contact so many times when I was circling around. I told them I wanted some samples for these 2 foundations I was debating on, and they said “oh if you go stand over there the makeup artist should be able to help you”. I went over to where they directed me, stood there for 3 minutes.. and well nothing happened, because no one was there or came over. Left the store annoyed — shouldn’t have even tried to ask for help. Go to the Sephora in the Marina instead!! They’re so much nicer there and are happy to help!
